Order management for eBay

When a customer makes an eBay order, the order is downloaded to Brightpearl and then pushed to your third-party shipper. Brightpearl and eBay automatically update with the customer’s shipping information and tracking number. Then eBay notifies the customer that the order has been shipped.

For eBay orders using Fulfilled by Amazon, use a Brightpearl warehouse to record inventory managed by Amazon. Assign this warehouse to your eBay channel so when an order downloads from eBay, it allocates stock from the FBA warehouse.

Using separate eBay seller accounts for different brand names? Integrate all of them with one Brightpearl account. Brightpearl’s Channel Brands will automatically apply the correct branding, like company details, logos and templates to orders received through different sales channels.

eBay bundles represent several of your individual items in a single listing. When an eBay listing is connected to a Brightpearl bundle, all the items within the bundle are added to the sales order and the available inventory is allocated.
